What is counted, and what is not
Shares on this page are taken against the restaurants that publish usable Friday hours, and that number is printed next to every figure rather than quietly standing in for every restaurant in Las Vegas. A restaurant that has never posted its hours is excluded, not assumed closed.
There are no price figures here. Price bands are recorded for a handful of the restaurants we track, and a median drawn from that would be a real calculation over a sample that is not representative of anything. We would rather publish fewer numbers than dress one up.
