Chef Oming grew up in the Philippines in a city called Dumaguete, where street vendors are always grilling and cooking up delicious barbecued meats. Oming’s Kitchen mimics the aromas and flavors of her hometown with classics like lumpia (Filipino-style spring rolls) and pork belly or chicken sinugba, savory and sweet morsels of fork-tender meat served over Jasmine rice. It’s comfort food at it’s finest.

BBQ Mexicana, a fast casual eatery from Celebrity Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, is now open in Allegiant Stadium. Inspired by Mary Sue and Susan’s travels to Mexico, where they fell in love with delicious barbacoa and smoked meats, the menu offers a variety of burritos, bowls, and salads filled with mesquite smoked chicken, pulled pork, slow smoked Texas-style brisket, and smoked tofu in addition to aguas frescas, beers and margaritas to go. BBQ Mexicana is ideal for convention/game/concert attendees.
