Viva Las Venice: The Venetian's Transformation / Lunch at Gjelina

The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip recently changed hands, and the new owners have invested $1.5 billion to achieve a "complete transformation" - casino, hotel, dining, entertainment, convention, everything! LVIO visits the Venetian to see what's new and where that money got spent. We check out the fab new food hall, Via Via...the refreshed casino and sports book...the convention area...and then we discover how the Palazzo Atrium has morphed into a field of poppies straight out of the Wizard of Oz. It's a great visit!

We top things off with lunch at a brand new farm-to-table restaurant called Gjelina - not from Venice, Italy, but from Venice Beach in California.
