You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Due to comfort and weight balance of the aircraft, passengers must weigh a minimum of 80lbs (36 kilos) and a maximum of 265lb (130 kg / 19 stone) and maximum height of 6'6 (2 meters). All passengers must present photo ID at check in. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult to sign the waiver.
