Chocolate Tasting Class

Each Ethel M Chocolate Tasting Experience lasts between 30 and 45 minutes and includes a bit of education on how chocolate is sourced, refined and produced, as well as the subtleties of chocolate tasting and flavor identification. The Chocolate & Wine Tasting Experience expertly pairs premium chocolates with four hand-picked Trinchero wines. Must be 21 years or older to participate in Wine & Chocolate Tasting.
