Self Guided Factory Tour

To celebrate the 35th Anniversary of Ethel M Chocolates in 2016, the self-guided viewing aisle and the chocolate shoppe have been completely remodeled. The redesigned self-guided tours are free and open to the public.
When you visit the Ethel M Chocolate Factory in Henderson, Nevada, make sure to walk through our exclusive self-guided viewing aisle, where you might just catch chocolatiers and machines creating the Ethel M Chocolates that you know and love!

From the viewing aisle, if you time it right, you'll get a peek inside Ethel's kitchen where we make pecan brittle by hand every day, as well as prepare our signature small batch fillings like satin crèmes, caramels, and peanut butter, just to name a few. And while we would love to share it all with you, some things are best kept secret.

Also, to ensure that we always deliver on our promise of high quality, preservative-free chocolates, our schedule in the Factory varies. So from time to time, the factory may not be bustling with chocolatiers during your visit. Sorry. But hey, at least you know when you are enjoying our chocolates, you are enjoying them fresh!
