O by Cirque du Soleil FAQs

Is "O" suitable for children?

Cirque du Soleil "O" is recommended for guests aged 5 and older. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted in the theater. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the best seating area to experience "O"?

For the best view of both aerial and water performances, the center sections in categories 1 and 2 are recommended. However, the theater is designed so that every seat offers a great view of the action. For those who want to experience the sensations of the splashes, the first few rows can be exciting!

Will I get wet sitting in the front rows?

The first few rows may experience light water splashes during some of the more dynamic water performances. It's typically just a light mist, not enough to get you soaked, but something to be aware of if you're in the first three rows.

How early should I arrive before the show?

It's recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime to allow time for parking, finding your seats, and enjoying the pre-show atmosphere. Doors typically open 30 minutes before the performance begins. Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance.

Can I take photos during the show?

Photography and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance. This policy is in place for the safety of the performers and to protect the intellectual property of the show. You are welcome to take photos in the lobby area before and after the show.
