About Trattoria Italia
Trattoria Italia is a 100% family run business. Our roots run deep in Southern Italy, specifically Sicily and Calabria. Combined, our families have been in the restaurant business since 1978, when we opened our first restaurant/pastry shop in Palermo, Sicily. The menu at Trattoria Italia in Las Vegas is rooted with familiar dishes and Italian favorites but has a sense of adventure and fine dining. There are no shortcuts when it comes to the food. The food speaks for itself: quality ingredients prepared well.
