Born out of a love of the classic butcher shop, The Wise Ox reimagines the idea of a neighborhood meat counter through a chef’s lens. Under the care of Chef Brad Wise and TRUST Restaurant Group, our crew, a group of hardcore chefs and experienced butchers take their craft seriously, and it shows.
