With an all-star cast of irresistible pastries, artisanal sandwiches, healthy salads and seasonal soups, the newly reimagined Caffè Al Teatro is gourmet express dining at its finest.
Each pastry is made in-house daily by our world class bakers with breakfast selections such as a housemade croissant with freshly scrambled eggs and hickory smoked bacon, a savory “Everything Croissant” with ricotta, smoked salmon and capers, a vegan biscuit sandwich with vegan eggs, sausage, and smoked provolone, freshly squeezed juices, parfaits and more served until 11 a.m.
As the tempo of the day rises, the caffè transforms with an all-day dining menu offering fare such as our signature tomato, mozzarella, and pesto Khachapuri, a Serrano ham and aged pecorino baguette, a hot prime rib French dip sandwich and smoked brisket chili.
Every bite is perfect for a break between acts or a full-length intermission.
When the curtain calls, Caffè Al Teatro answers with the sweetest encore. Try the triple layer chocolate confetti cake with caramel, blueberry éclairs, tiramisu macarons, handcrafted ice cream and the ultimate jumbo chocolate chip cookie—just because you deserve it.
At the express window, opt for morning coffee service and then gourmet gelato and freshly baked warm cookies until the wee hours. Guests pick up items ordered through the mobile app at this window.
