We use fresh and never been frozen chickens & ribs for all of our dishes. We choose only finest quality ingredients to prepare our food fresh daily in our kitchen. Our signature mesquite charcoal & rotisserie chicken & ribs are marinated with our special recipe and roasted (or grilled) to perfection everyday.
