Stephanie "Mama Tess" Richter, a resident of Southern Highlands and Goodsprings, is co-owner of the World Famous Pioneer Saloon. Her new "Artisan Kitchen" is a culmination of Mama Tess's love for food and making folks happy after decades of experience developing her culinary skills in the food & beverage industry through both large corporations and small, family owned businesses.
