Japanese katsu sandos & bowls - Simple Japanese comfort food at it’s best.
Our katsu is served up crisp on lightly toasted shoku-pan (Japanese milk bread) or on rice for a katsu bowl. We have a few more variations too, and hope you find your favorite.

Get it to go or relax in our cafe space with a cup of coffee and some cinnamon toast fries. Right next to the Las Vegas airport!
