Our goal is to step ahead of our competition by using nonna's original recipe in all of our dishes. The great ambiance, good quality food and simple yet unique personalized service is the key to our success. Straight from Brooklyn, New York born and raised Joey Miloro had always envision his own pizzeria. As a kid growing up, Joey would hang around his nonna watching her cook up authentic Sicilian dishes year round. He was always surrounded by good authentic Italian food. During his whole childhood from Brooklyn to Queens, he literally visited every pizzeria to absorb the best tasting pizza New York had to offer. After moving to the west coast, something was missing for him: good Italian food. What was Joey to do? He decided to bring Nonna's recipe and his tastebud from home to Nevada.
