About Good Pie
BROOKLYN ...is where our story begins. GOOD PIE is a Brooklyn style pizza shop founded in 2018 by international award winning pizzaiolo Vincent Rotolo. Located in Downtown Las Vegas we honor the Old NY traditions and tell the story of the Grandma Pizza. We also serve classic NY style street slices, Brooklyn-style round pies, Detroit-style squares, Gluten-free & Vegan pizzas. We use only GOOD ingredients. We never compromise quality and work hard every day to balance old traditional artisan baking methods with modern techniques and creativity.
