About Daeho Kalbijjim
For over 400 years, from the 14th-18th century, Kalbijjim (Braised short ribs) had been served only to the Kings and Royal Families of Joseon Dynasty. Nowadays, anyone can have Kalibijjim, but in many Korean families, it’s still the food for special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, or wedding days.
At Daeho, we follow authentic Korean royal recipes with trendy twists to make soft, juicy, and tender Kalibijjim. We only use prime-grade beef to make our food and measure all of the ingredients to serve the consistent flavor to our customers at any location.
