Chavelos Mexican Bar & Grill Restaurant is owned and run by Chef Jose Rodriguez, who based the menu of his great experience on a Mexican cuisine and flavors over a 31 years of experience serving and delivering exceptional Authentic Mexican plates. He learned, trained and cooked along many Chefs along the Las Vegas Valley and nationwide. Rodriguez was able to expand to restaurants following the great sucess of his first location in the northwest of Las Vegas since 1986, and continues to do so while serving back to our local community through the delicious recipes and amazing cuisine.
