Buddy has brought his first restaurant, Buddy V's Ristorante, to Las Vegas at The Venetian in partnership with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla. The menu offers twists on Italian-American favorites, as well as Valastro family favorites like Sunday Gravy, Steak Pizzaiola and Linguine and, of course, has an impressive dessert selection including Cannoli, Nutella Cake, and Valastro's famous Lobster Tail Pastry.
