702 Prep is a Healthy Meal Prep Delivery Service founded in February 2017 by Chef Rob & Noah Carter. Our healthy, balanced meals deliver the proper nutrition needed to help optimize your performance whether you’re achieving your fitness goals, being that busy Mom or taking on long work days. All of our recipes are all originally created by our Chefs that have collectively over 50 years of experience in the professional culinary field.

Quality, convenience and nutrition is delivered in every order. We use the leanest cuts of proteins, as well as the freshest seafood & produce. All our sauces are made in house from scratch. Our team at 702 Prep goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is unforgettable, from the minute you sign up, to the minute you receive your first order, we strive for nothing but professionalism. Our delivery drivers will text you when they’re en route to your delivery address, so you can be there to receive your order. Owner Chef Rob even follows up after your first order to make sure everything is as delicious as expected.
