Philly Freeze-Me is an authentic Italian ice store in sunny Las Vegas. We are owned and operated by a Philadelphia native who enjoyed Italian ice (known as ‘Water ice’ back home) regularly as a kid. While in Nevada, we could not find any Italian ice vendors that served authentic Italian ice like back home. With that in mind, we decided to open our own Italian ice shop to bring a taste of the East to the West. Our authentic recipes became a hit overnight. The rest is history.

Holsteins Shakes and Buns riffs on traditional burgers, milkshakes, snacks, and “moo-shine” beverages with a funky, homegrown approach unlike any other in Las Vegas. Holsteins has become a staple of the Las Vegas burger scene with its menu of inventive — and, occasionally, “out there” – big bun offerings; not to mention its lineup of draft beers and Instagram-worthy shakes. Esther’s Kitchen is a seasonal Italian neighborhood restaurant, set in the Las Vegas Arts District in downtown Las Vegas. We are inspired by the bounty of the West Coast and the traditions of Italy. After a career of incredible culinary experiences around the US and beyond, Chef James Trees chose to open his first restaurant in his hometown, to name it for the Great-Aunt who inspired and fostered his passion, and to cook the food that he learned growing up with his best friend Alfio’s family.

A new bar is now open in downtown Las Vegas, Stray Pirate Tropical Cocktails & Effects. The new tiki bar features at least two of the best things in the world: Dogs and pirates.
