BBQ Mexicana, a fast casual eatery from Celebrity Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, is now open in Allegiant Stadium. Inspired by Mary Sue and Susan’s travels to Mexico, where they fell in love with delicious barbacoa and smoked meats, the menu offers a variety of burritos, bowls, and salads filled with mesquite smoked chicken, pulled pork, slow smoked Texas-style brisket, and smoked tofu in addition to aguas frescas, beers and margaritas to go. BBQ Mexicana is ideal for convention/game/concert attendees.

Everything at Pinkbox is made fresh daily with no preservatives, even Pinkbox’s house made ingredients! This includes sizzling cured bacon, which showers the maple bacon doughnut called Porky or its wonderful fruit fillings such as Pinkbox’s signature fresh raspberry filling, cooked in-house to create the perfect sweet aroma that fills the store. This is a "checkout-free" concession stores that has reduced wait times for fans. The stores use the checkout-free platform Zippin. Shoppers tap a credit card or scan a QR code to enter the store and then take the items they want to purchase.
