8 EAST - Asian Fusion at Circa Downtown Las Vegas

I'm continuing my exploration of Downtown Las Vegas and going to Circa at the end of the Fremont Street Experience to visit 8 East, an Asian fusion restaurant with a fantastic reputation. I've heard so many good things about 8 East so I've been very excited to try it out. The Fremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas has so many great eating destinations and still 8 East causes a lot of buzz with locals and visitors alike.
