Traveling Chef Bari

First and foremost - I love traveling Vegas / Cancun / Maui. Canadian Culinary Chef since 1980’s. Brought up in parents Spudnuts Shop 55 yrs ago. Trained w/ Culinary School, worked many yrs in regional hotel, resorts/private clubs, from cook, I , II & III , chef de partie, Sous chef to Executive Chef. Started Company : Canadian Northwest Company plus wrote cookbook “ Canadian Recipes of the Great White North”. My mom & Grandfather are ( we’re ) both Italian, hence my name : Bari. Grandfather born in Abruzzo Region of Southern Italy. He taught me everything about Italian cooking/pizza to pasta

TV Host chef few times. Part of CCFCC ( Canadian Culinary Federation Chefs and Cooks ) 20 some yrs. Executive membership director too.
