Houston's Hot Chicken Review - The Best Fried Chicken in Henderson , Nevada

Houston's Hot Chicken is located in Henderson , Nevada , just outside of Las Vegas . More locations are to follow . Their chicken is All Natural , Raised Cage Free , Free of Antibiotics , Hormones , and Steroids , Fresh , Never Frozen , Marinated Overnight and Hand-Battered , Cooked Fresh to Order , and Halal .

You have several heat levels to choose from , No Spice , Mild , Medium , Spicy , Lift Off , and Houston We Have A Problem . You have to sign a Waiver for the Houston We Have A Problem since it is 2M SHU on the Scoville Heat Unit Scale ! The Liftoff is 600K and that is Hot Enough Itself . The Spicy is 150K and has a nice little kick . The Medium is only 30K and I would recommend this so you get the best chicken flavor on the sandwich and you still get to taste the fresh coleslaw and crispy pickles .

The French Fries are really , really good ! They have a bbq dry rub , salt , and sugar mixture on them and you get a little cup of Houston Sauce to dip them . They also have other sauces too such as Ranch , BBQ , Honey , and Maple . The fries are crinkle cut and fat . They also sell several Lemonades to include Blueberry Lavender , Strawberry Hibiscus , Cucumber Watermelon , and of course Traditional Lemonade . You can also get them Frozen which is what I would recommend . Of course they have sodas and juices too .

For Dessert they have a selection of Cravory Cookies and Milkshakes . They even do Salads and Loaded Fries . You can even do Chicken and Belgian Waffle if you like . The place is very clean and the service is Outstanding . Ramone was very informative and great customer service . The chicken was fresh and juicy . I highly recommend you coming here .
