Big B's Texas BBQ Review Las Vegas , Nevada

Thanks for checking out my video . I am an avid Barbecue lover and I love to cook and eat good food . This is my review of Big B's Texas BBQ in Las Vegas , Nevada . I am very familiar with regional Barbeque since I grew up in the Carolinas where we have 3 different types of traditional bbq sauces , vinegar based , mustard based , and tomato based . I also lived in Texas for a few years and have been in Las Vegas for over 25 years . Las Vegas over the years have had so many BBQ places and different styles , but mostly tend to be Texas Style with some St Louis / Memphis in the mix .

Most tend to carry everything to include Baby Back Ribs , Pulled Pork , Brisket , Beef Ribs , Hot Links to include Jalapeno Hot Links , some also do Tri Tip , Turkey , Whole Chicken or Pulled Chicken , etc . Most do some kind of cornbread , desserts , and sides . Many have come and gone and some have been around for a long time . I have been to almost every BBQ restaurant in the area over the years . I do lots of reviews for Yelp , Tripadvisor , and Google . I try to as honest as possible and hopefully not hurt anyone's feeling . I do feel that I should inform people so that they don't waste their money or recommend them something that they will be happy they tried . Everyone has their own taste , so this is just my opinion and my experiences .
