I finally got the chance to check out 8 East inside Circa Las Vegas. 8 East is a Pan-Asian Restaurant that offers creations inspired by cuisines from China, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand. Michele and I got to try out a few dishes and we were NOT disappointed. Everything we tried was delicious!
