Whitney Mesa Nature Preserve Trail - 360 Degree VR Video (Las Vegas, NV)

A cool trail we tend to visit now and again. It gives some great views of Las Vegas in the day and night. From the W Sunset entrance, there is an upper trail and a lower trail. Both are around 2.4 miles out and back and you can get from one to the other around halfway.

Location and Hours:
1990 Patrick Ln. (Patrick Lane & Galleria Drive).... You can also access the preserve from W Sunset Road.
Park hours: 6am-midnight

Whitney Mesa Nature Preserve features many unique geologic formations, an active stream, and diverse flora and fauna. Amenities include a 1-mile trail (including a portion that is ADA accessible) and interpretive centers and kiosks. The nature preserve is located just down the street from Whitney Ranch Recreation Center and is adjacent to the Clark County School District’s Whitney Mesa Outdoor Science Laboratory, providing educational opportunities for students throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
