This is an overview and review of Ellis Island Casino and Cafe,, in Las Vegas. On August 27, 2021 my friend Mr Z and I went to check out the Ellis Island Casino, off center strip in Las Vegas. The place was packed, as it was a Friday night. It was dingy, stale smelling, desperately in need of a remodeling, but I thought it was hip and exciting! There was a young crowd and a great vibe. Dining was a disaster as it took almost an hour to get our steak specials right. But then the proper meal arrived and, oh boy, it was outstanding. We both ended up ordering the $9.99 10 ounce steak special.
