Back in 2021 the 10 acre parcel of Strip frontage where the #Riviera once stood was sold by the LVCVA. The sale was supposed to close by the end of 2022, but it has now fallen through when the buyer backed out. Is this the first sign of trouble on the #Vegas Strip or just a blip on the radar?

In other #news we have an update on the MSG Sphere and what it's parent company is doing to get the cash to finish it.
