Our dinner with a view at Scarpetta Italian restaurant located in the Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas. Often missed and overlooked this place is worth your patronage and because it isn't out front like the other restaurants it can be easier to get a reservation. Plus that view! We had our favorite Tagliatelle which is a lamb bolognese & truffle burrata and Gnocchi with fine herbs, wild boar sausage, asparagus, seasonal wild mushrooms, cherry tomato confit, butter & parmigiano. My drink was the Hot Honey Margarita which has Casamigos reposado tequila, mike’s hot honey, and fresh lime.
