hey friends! You ever have those realizations that just hit you out of no where? You suddenly realize that your perspectives have changed, you feel wiser, you feel more aware as a person, you feel brand new in a lot of ways..and just super ready for whatever is next in your journey? I talk a lot of how i've felt all these things recently and decided to put it in a song. I say the words "are you hearing me?..are you listening?".. I'm definitely talking to something much bigger than we are, because I know that is out there for sure. And whatever that is...it is always listening.

I thought the coolness of the forest, birds chirpin, and muddy floor was perfect for my new song "Times Are Changing". Enjoy!
