Chocolate Japanese Theater Masks Are Creepily Delicious

Mizumi in Wynn Las Vegas, NV makes edible theater masks inspired by Japanese Noh plays. The masks are composed of two different types of chocolate: a white chocolate shell filled with chocolate mousse. The chocolate is then placed on top of praline puffed rice for delicious dessert that's almost too beautiful to eat.
