This is one of my the best #PekingDuck places in Las Vegas. The legendary Peking Duck is carved table-side from start to finish, making you feel like a VIP. The meat is prized for its thin, crisp skin, with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little meat. There's plenty of leftover duck meat for everyone to share too!

Notes: The head chef is Cantonese so order canto-style dishes as those are his specialties. If you are not familiar with canto cuisine, get a server to recommend what's good. Of course, you can't compare to restaurants in Asia but definitely one of the best HK-style fine dining restaurants I've had in America.
2 other worthy Peking duck restaurants in Las Vegas are Wing Lei at Wynn and Mott 32 at Venetian. Hope to get them featured on my channel in the future!
