FEATURE | The History of Fukuburger

Fukuburger has developed a solid presence within the Las Vegas Valley as they have curated a loyal following with their Japanese-American fusion burger creations. To better understand how the once food truck turned into a foodies staple, we sat down with Colin Fukunaga, owner of Fukuburger, to discuss Fukuburger's history and what they have in store for the future.

In our latest collaboration, we partnered with Fukuburger on an apparel capsule and limited-edition combo meal available from April 2 - April 16. We’ve combined Fukuburger’s Japanese-American aesthetic with our signature style on a collection, including two graphic tees, a commemorative chef’s shirt, and an apron. Our limited-edition Combo Meal also consists of Fukuburger’s signature Fuku Patty, topped with a glazed pork belly with yellow daikon pickles and wasabi mayo served in a bun with a side of truffle fries.
