Hello Everyone! I'm Chef Evelia . Welcome to "Family Eats" . A channel dedicated to helping the novice learn to cook with ease. We also do local food reviews on restaurants and food trucks located through-out the Las Vegas valley, but first let me tell you a little about myself. I got my experience at age 5 from my parents , but would have to dedicate most of my cooking knowledge to my sister. I mostly cook for family and friends , but at this point in my life my love for cooking is so intense I want to share it with the rest of the world. My favorite food is Hispanic, but more specifically tacos. I started this channel to help people who might have a hard time with cooking be able to make simple , but delicious meals.
