East Forest creates “musical technology” that combines original nature field recordings with ethereal electro-acoustic piano-based live soundscapes to help facilitate an inner spiritual journey.

In a time of information sickness and technological overload, it is more important than ever for each of us to strengthen our internal resolve and to build practices to consciously navigate modern life. Using music as a tool, we create repeatable and reliable practices to find centeredness through intentional listening and simple ritual.
