Blossom at the Aria offers authentic Chinese/Cantonese cuisine with many selections of live seafood and the famous Tableside Peking Duck. Chef Chi Kwun Choi has earned the Epicurean Award for Best Chinese Restaurant in Las Vegas. The highlight of our meal was the live steamed Marble Goby which was so fresh. Hope you guys will enjoy....
We FINALLY met "Salt Bae" Nusret Gökçe in person at the brand new steakhouse "Nusr-Et" in Las Vegas. It's located at The Park Las Vegas near Park MGM & T-Mobile Arena. The entire two-story restaurant is so pretty and modern with live DJ. Mr. Salt Bae was so approachable and super friendly on taking pictures with him. We ordered the "Meat Sushi", "Nusret Special Salad", and the AMOR (#SALTBAE'S PRIVATE RESERVE CUT) mustard marinated WAGYU RIB CAP, paired with sweet corn and Truffle Fries. The Wagyu Rib Cap was soooo tender and juicy it melts in your mouth wow.....Finally got the Baklava with Maras Ice Cream.
