Derek Austin is a Nashville-based country singer/songwriter who grew up on a farm in Minnesota. He ran a dairy operation with his brothers before moving to Washington for college, where he learned to play guitar and started writing his own songs. After college, Derek spent time in Alaska as an Air Traffic Controller before ultimately making the move to Nashville to pursue music. Derek's EP, Barstool Saints (June 2, 2021), was co-produced by Jimmy Robbins and Jonathan Singleton. Derek is published by JRM Publishing and Round Hill Music and managed by Mailbox Money Music.
