Episode Description
Located on Brewery Row in the 18b Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas, HUDL Brewing Company is an integral part of the craft beer scene in DTLV. Opening in 2020, this local, small business prides themselves on using the best products possible to create the perfect pint of beer. You are not going to find a boring beer at this brewery. This is a place to go with your friends and sit at the bar or a grab a table and “hudl up.”
The brewery is known for showing Supercross and Motocross races as Hudl co-founder Skip Norfolk was a Crew Chief in the sport back in the 90s. Served on tap all year round is the Nac Nac, a west coast IPA that is a nod to Supercross racer Jeremy McGrath.
Today, we assisted Hudl’s brew master in brewing Scorched Meadows, their Las Vegas Style Hazy IPA, learning about the brewing process from start to finish and trying some locally brewed beer along the way.
