Episode Description
Able Baker Brewing Company is the latest downtown brewery. Located on Main Street between Utah and Wyoming avenues in the Arts District, Able Baker includes a public tap room, brewing operations, 33 tap handles, dining and a small stage for entertainment. The theme is the classic atomic era of Las Vegas from 1942 to 1958. The company is named for the first two atomic bombs detonated at the former Nevada Test Site, dubbed Able and Baker. Supposedly, a duck was the only animal to survive those atomic blasts and now serves as the lovable mascot for the brewery. The atomic duck features all over this Vegas brewery.
Able Baker also plans to brew beers from Vegas Golden Knight Ryan Reaves’ 7Five Brewing Co. The Able Brewing/7Five collaboration brings Training Day Golden Ale, as well as a lager, IPA, and seasonal imperial stout.
Able Baker has established itself as a major beer destination for Golden Knights fans. If you're looking for a Las Vegas brewery with food then this is a great stop. There are also brewery tours and special events.
