First Go Kart Run at Gene Woods Racing Experience

It's been years since I went Go Karting, and it was fun. I wish this location had lap timers and faster carts, but it was still a lot of fun.

This group basically either had racers who were very nervous and drove slow or guys that were way too aggressive and would often spin out. Better than the group before where most of them were reckless and half of them regularly would crash or spin out; and there were 3 or 4 instances of red flags. My goal was to not spin out, bump into others (purposely), and to be safe/not a butt towards others who just want to have fun.

I wish it lasted longer as I was just getting used to the feel. I wish there was a map of the course or I had more time to study and plan the lines.

My kart kinda sucked with the wheel and I couldn't decide on a grip position as I was trying to find something comfortable but strong enough to turn. I would come here again for the value of the race, but probably the next time I'm in Vegas I will try out Vegas SuperKarts since it seems much faster and professional.
