🥳Hey, what's up, this is Brian Pfeiffer with https://www.bachelorettevegas.com/, and I'm standing in front of the new BrewDog on the Las Vegas Strip. It's a rooftop bar in the Showcase Mall right across the street from the Park MGM and down the street from the MGM Grand with panoramic views of the Strip. This place is awesome. You take the elevator up to the 3rd floor, and it's this massive 30,000 square foot rectangular room with the vats for the brewery on the righthand side, a big main bar, tons of seating, full-size shuffleboard tables, retro gaming, bottle service style seating and some booths along the back wall.

🔥 When you walk upstairs, that's when this place really gets impressive. There's a main room area; I think they call it the "Sinatra Room;" on the right-hand side there's some bars, and there's a main table in the middle, a big bar on the left when you walk in, and a back wall booth with a $12,000 window so you can see more of the Strip. There is a massive outside patio with a huge bar and cabana-style seating around the center island, which looks like a private room, and there are also some booths, high-top seating, and fire pits. The place is dope! It's going to do very well. There's an amazing view of the Strip. From the top, you can see the entire Strip; looking South, if you can go to the other end, you can see the entire Strip looking North. So you've got awesome views, tons of seating, great beer, and amazing food.

🏴‍☠️ I'm here on Industry Night; it's not opened to the public yet, but I got invited to come check it out. I ordered the $150 Wagyu Beef Burger off the menu. Of course, it was discounted tonight for the industry people, so I had to get it because it looked so cool. The presentation is incredible; they bring it out in a treasure-like box, it's smoking, and it tasted phenomenal. I had a beer and fries, and everything was fantastic. The food is not cheap, but you wouldn't expect anything cheap on the Las Vegas Strip. Obviously, you're paying a premium for the location and the venue itself.

I would say that BrewDog is definitely going to be a hit for us. We're going to be doing a lot of packages here. There's Park MGM across the street, which is where On The Record is located, then you have Hakkasan at the MGM Grand, and down the street is Jewel Nightclub and Marquee, 4 major clubs all within walking distance, so we're going to have packages set up with dinner here, all-you-can-drink, a nightclub or if you want to do a strip club or a male revue, we can work that in with limos.

It's a fairly easy drop-off here, and there's a parking lot with 50-60 spots. It does get a little hairy in this area, especially when there's a Golden Knights game or concerts at T-Mobile, which seems to be every Friday and Saturday. It gets pretty busy in this area, so expect it to be chaotic.
