Guided tours depart daily from the Strip for most destinations.
Lake Mead National Recreation Area is the closest at just 30 minutes from the Strip. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is 25 minutes west. Valley of Fire State Park (Nevada state park, not national) is 50 minutes. For iconic national parks, Zion is the closest at about 2.5 hours northeast.
