Taverna Costera is the flagship restaurant introducing a new class of coastal Mediterranean fusion with master chef Ray Samlow drawing inspiration from coastal French, Italian, Spanish and Greek cuisines and beyond. The name Taverna Costera itself is fusion. “Taverna” is both the Greek and Italian translation of tavern, while “Costera” is the Spanish translation of coastal. Offering lighter fare and smaller, healthier portion sizes will be the rule. Guests can dine streetside alongside First Friday, at the indoor/outdoor bar or in the courtyard on the opposite side of the building.
