On other days, Wynn lists Gourmet Brunch daily from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Seafood Gourmet Dinner daily from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Buffet does not take reservations, but prepaid priority seating can be booked up to 30 days ahead.
