Caesars Entertainment is giving Las Vegas locals a holiday break. From Saturday, Oct. 31, through Saturday, Dec. 26, Nevada residents can self-park free and save 25% on food and drinks at the company's eight Las Vegas resorts, seven days a week, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, according to a Caesars news release reported by the Las Vegas Sun and the Review-Journal.

The participating resorts are Caesars Palace, The Vanderpump Hotel, Harrah's Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel + Casino, Paris Las Vegas, Horseshoe Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood, including the Miracle Mile Shops garage. To park free, scan a valid Nevada ID at a participating garage. There is no time limit. At the Miracle Mile Shops garage, pick up a validation sticker from the valet office on the garage's ground floor.

The 25% food and drink discount needs a Caesars Rewards membership, which is free for guests 21 and older. Show a valid Nevada ID and your Rewards card when you pay. It covers eligible dine-in and to-go orders at participating restaurants, bars and lounges, but not Caesars Eats pickup or delivery orders, and it does not apply to special dining experiences during the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Nov. 19-21.

Nevada residents can also get 15% to 20% off select spa treatments and salon services and 20% to 25% off select attractions, according to the release. Caesars lists participating venues and exclusions at caesars.com/lasvegaslocals.
