Winchester Park

Built in 1981, Winchester Park is the heart of the Winchester neighborhood. The Desert Demonstration Garden, created by the Friends of Winchester, features bridges, sweet smelling desert landscaping and informational signs to educate on desert plant life. The park also features a skate park, playground, water play area, picnic areas and walking trails along with basketball and tennis courts. Winchester Cultural Center offers classes and special events and a venue for the arts. Winchester offers art gallery space and a theater suitable for film showings as well as performances of local and national acts spanning all cultures and genres.
