Luke's Lobster

We are thrilled to announce that Luke's is opening up our second location in Las Vegas and bringing a taste of Maine to the famous New York-New York Hotel & Casino! Our shack began as a shipping container that underwent a coastal transformation at our wood shop in Saco, ME, and then road-tripped across the country to take on new life as an authentic Maine lobster shack. This container-to-cozy shack will serve what we are famous for— Maine-style lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls alongside award-winning New England clam chowder. Join us this April to enjoy a lobster roll at Luke's outdoor seating in The Park with some of the best Las Vegas of Strip views!
