About Lobster ME
Lobster ME was founded with the goal of changing how people think about and enjoy lobster. We’re inspired by Maine’s deep heritage of lobster fishing and authentic commitment to good, honest, delicious food. Starting with sustainably sourced lobster hand caught by Maine lobstermen, we’ve created a menu of distinctive, handcrafted dishes designed to appeal to everyone’s sense of adventure. From signature rolls, coastal favorites and decadent sides, we do it all for the love of the lobster.
