Our biggest desire is to bring the highest quality, yet accessible Authentic Mexican food to the famous Las Vegas Strip. Tacos el pastor originated in Northern Mexico, which is where our chef is from. Our recipe is secret and unique and our marination process is different, giving our tacos tremendous flavor and making the pork tender and juicy.. Our chef has been making pastor for the past 30 years and you can taste his hard work and experience in every flavorful bite. We are big believers and high-quality and that is why we make fresh handmade tortillas right in front of you and have an open kitchen space so you can see the quality food we make daily. We strive to give you an authentic Mexican food experience and you can choose from are inside or outside seating in a very convenient location on the Las Vegas strip.
